All Sales Policy

Due to the custom and limited-run nature of many of our products, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is an issue caused by us.

We do not offer refunds for:

Wrong size ordered by customer
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Delayed shipping caused by carrier
Minor color variations due to screen settings
Items marked “Final Sale”

Eligible Refund & Replacement Situations

You may qualify for a refund or replacement if:

Your item arrived damaged

Your order was never delivered due to an issue caused by us

Refund Review Process

Once your request is reviewed:

Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method
Approved replacements will be processed at no additional cost
Requests that do not meet policy requirements may be denied

Please allow:

3–5 business days for review
5–10 business days for banks/payment providers to process refunds after approval

Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory availability. If an exchange is approved, replacement options will depend on available stock.

Shipping Issues

Once a package is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, isthatmyshirt.com is not responsible for stolen or missing packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery disputes.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
